Most orders placed before noon go out the same day. Everything else is typically next business day. Contractor account holders are scheduled ahead of one-off rentals. During spring and fall peak season we recommend booking two to three days out if your schedule allows.

New York State prohibits liquids, paint, oil, batteries, tires, appliances containing refrigerant, asbestos and hazardous chemicals. Electronics and mattresses can be accepted but carry a separate fee. If you're unsure about something, ask before it goes in the box — it's far cheaper than a rejected load.

We set your rate against your typical monthly pull count and put you on the priority dispatch list, so swaps get worked into the current route rather than queued behind one-off rentals. Billing consolidates into one monthly statement with scale tickets and your PO or job numbers on each line. Net-30 terms are available on approval.

We place protective boards under the rails on every residential delivery as standard practice, not as an upsell. Roll-off containers are heavy and we treat asphalt and pavers accordingly.

Not if the container sits on your own driveway or property. If it needs to go on a public street, most municipalities in Broome County require a right-of-way permit. Tell us where you want it and we'll walk you through what your town requires.

Yes. Extended rentals are billed at a modest daily rate quoted upfront, so there's no surprise on the invoice. For active job sites we can also set up a standing swap schedule so there's always an empty container on hand.
